HEDON LIBRARY is one of the East Riding Libraries, who with Bloomsbury Children’s Books, are holding another Harry Potter Book Night on Thursday 4th February, 2016, at 6pm.
The first Harry Potter Book Night took place last year (February 2015) and some 10,500 parties and celebrations were held all over the world. In East Riding Libraries eight exciting themed events were held attended by 120 children.
Councillor Richard Burton, portfolio holder for civic wellbeing and culture, at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: “Delving into the mysterious world of Harry Potter with activities, readings and games, children are sure to have a fantastic time immersed in this magical story. We are thrilled to announce that we are hosting Harry Potter Night at thirteen East Riding Libraries in 2016.”
For children in school years 3 to 6. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Places at the Hedon Library event are limited. It costs £2.50 per child, payable at the time of booking. You can book at the Library on St. Augustine’s Gate.
